|   T 简介

 

睾丸素,又称睾酮、睾丸酮、睾甾酮,分子式为 C19H28O2。睾酮是一种雄性激素类固醇,在第三和第十七位分别含有一个酮基和一个羟基。它通过几个步骤从胆固醇中生物合成,并在肝脏中转化为非活性代谢物。睾酮通过与雄性激素受体结合并激活雄性激素受体而发挥其作用。在大多数脊椎动物中, 睾酮主要由男性的睾丸分泌,在较小程度上由女性的卵巢分泌。
