胎膜早破(PROM)是危害母婴健康的产科常见病，发病率约占分娩总数的3.03％—21.9％。胎膜破裂后，由于屏障作用消失，将引起:羊膜腔感染、早产、围产期感染、败血症、新生儿窒息等严重的并发症，因此胎膜早破一直受到产科界的关注。本实验采用ELISA的方法，分别测定胎膜早破孕妇及正常晚期妊娠妇女血浆、羊水中MMP-9水平和羊水中白介素6(IL-6)水平，及在胎膜早破患者羊水中MMP-9和白介素6(IL-6)相关性的研究。
